Bloor Station gets 2.5 km of new GO track, pedestrian tunnel, and local park

What happened

• The province completed upgrades at Bloor GO/UP Station in Toronto.
• Installed 2.5 kilometres of new GO rail track, bringing the corridor to four tracks between Dupont Street and Lansdowne Avenue.
• Added a pedestrian tunnel and covered pedestrian pavilion connecting the station to Randolph Avenue (opening July 31, 2026).
• Built a new park on Ernest Avenue and added a noise barrier, retaining wall, and taller fence near the Bloor Street West pedestrian bridge.
