GNWT employee survey shows gains in seven of eight areas
The 2025 survey reports improved employee engagement and leadership scores, while development and workplace inclusion remain areas for further work.

- Employee Engagement: 67.7%
- Leadership: 65.4%
- Capacity: 70.9%, the highest-scoring measure
The government plans to update its Employee Satisfaction Implementation Plan with input from the Employee Satisfaction Advisory Committee. It identified employee development, diversity and inclusion as areas for continued work.
