Evan Freeman Inquest Set to Begin Nov. 16

A mandatory inquest into Evan Freeman’s death will begin Nov. 16, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Freeman, 22, died on Sept. 12, 2019, following an interaction with Kingston Police that day.
