Stop Support for UNRWA Act

Summary#

This bill would stop the United States from making any voluntary or assessed contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). The bill also says the United States can still give humanitarian help to people or groups who get aid from UNRWA, but only if that help is given through other agencies or groups. The Secretary of State must tell Congress in writing that those other agencies or groups do not promote or support violence, terrorism, or antisemitism, and do not employ people who do.
