This bill requires the Secretary of Labor, working with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, to create a one-page notice for each State that lists veterans benefits and resources. The notice must include the Veterans Crisis Line, instructions on how to apply for the listed benefits, and state-specific benefit information if a State provides it. The Department of Labor must publish the notices on the Department of Labor and Department of Veterans Affairs websites and design them to fit on an 8.5 x 11 inch page. States get 45 days to provide state law benefit information for their notice. The Labor and Veterans Affairs departments must review and update each notice at least twice a year and give States chances to update their entries. The bill requires employers with 50 or more employees to post the State notice in conspicuous places where employee notices are usually shown. The Labor Department must run an information campaign for 180 days after enactment to tell employers about the notice and the posting requirement. Most provisions take effect on enactment; the employer posting requirement takes effect one year after enactment.
