We, the undersigned, citizens and residents of Canada, call upon the Government of Canada to: 1. Initiate a formal review of Kata’ib Hezbollah under the Criminal Code and, if the applicable legal criteria are met, list Kata’ib Hezbollah as a terrorist entity in Canada; and 2. Initiate a formal review of organizations that use the signs or flags of Hamas or the IRGC, or display images of current or former leaders of terrorist organizations or the regime in Iran, including Mojtaba Khamenei and Ali Khamenei, at rallies, events, or vigils, and, in consultation with provincial and municipal governments, consider appropriate legislative measures to prohibit the public use or display of symbols, flags, or images that promote or glorify listed terrorist entities or their leaders, in accordance with Canadian law.
