The Registered Landscape Architects Act is established to provide self-governing authority for and title protection to landscape architects. The Manitoba Association of Landscape Architects becomes the profession's regulatory body and a governing council is established with public representatives. Only registered members can use the title "Registered Landscape Architect". A process is created for complaints against and discipline of members.
