The city council has appointed Giovanni (John) Diodati as Vice-President of the Montreal Heritage Council for three years, Jean-François Sabourin as a regular member until September 17, 2027, and Nelly Charpentier as an alternate member for three years, starting on March 25, 2026. It has renewed Philippe Lupien's term as a regular member for a second non-renewable term of three years starting on April 18, 2026, and thanked Ève Wertheimer for her contribution.
