The municipal council acknowledged the report from the Standing Committee on the review of contracts and awarded Magil Construction East of Canada Inc. the design-build contract for the new Baldwin pool, for a total expenditure of $27,157,357.37, taxes included. It also increased by $714,489.81, net of rebates, the allocation for the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough and the Service of large parks, Mount Royal and sports for the decontamination of soils on the Baldwin North site.
