The municipal council unanimously approved entrusting the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough council with the responsibility of the ratification process of the agreement between the City of Côte Saint-Luc and the City of Montreal. The agreement concerns the maintenance of the underpass on Côte-Saint-Luc Road, at the intersection of the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks and West Broadway Avenue.
