The municipal council has awarded Insituform Technologies Ltd a contract to rehabilitate sewer lines by lining in various streets of the boroughs of Sud-Ouest, Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Verdun, and Ville-Marie. The contract amounts to $6,378,378, taxes included, with $637,837.80, taxes included, in contingencies and $132,221.25, taxes included, in impacts, for a total expenditure of $7,148,437.05, taxes included.
