The municipal council has approved the 13-year extension of the leasehold between the City of Montreal and the Bonheur d'Occasion Housing Cooperative, for the properties located at 1746, 1760, 1822 and 1800 Darling Street, from March 31, 2039 to March 30, 2052. The annual rent will be $6,400, which represents a total subsidy of at least $1,160,000 for the extension period.
