The municipal council approved the draft addendum to the bilateral promise of purchase and sale by which the City agrees to sell to EJP Construction Inc. three lots of 11,516.1 square meters in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough. The amount is $7,247,000, plus applicable taxes, if any.
