The municipal council unanimously adopted a direction to grant financial support of $525,000 to Beach Volleyball Events for the organization of the Montreal Beach Pro Tour from 2026 to 2028 and to approve the draft agreement with the organization. It also authorized a recurring adjustment of $75,000 to the budget base of the Department of Culture, Sports and Recreation for the years 2027 and 2028.
