The municipal council has ratified any decision of the Verdun borough council regarding the Nivard-De Saint-Dizier House, under the jurisdiction of the municipal council since June 6, 2024. It has also accepted the upcoming offer from the borough to take over the House, in accordance with Article 85 of the Charter of the City of Montreal.
