The municipal council approved a two-year framework agreement with CGI Environnement inc. for the repair of the City's sewer pipes, for a maximum amount of $622,344.02, taxes included. It also authorized $18,182.51, taxes included, for contingencies and $54,547.54, taxes included, for variations in quantities, to be charged to the budgets of the boroughs and corporate services as needed.
