The municipal council approved the lease amendment by which the City rents to Collectif d’animation urbaine L’Autre Montréal, for three years starting from July 1, 2026, a space for administrative purposes at 3680 Jeanne-Mance Street. The total rent is $31,254.60, excluding taxes, and the real estate grant is estimated at $67,631.88.
