Convey Clear Creek Hatchery Infrastructure

Summary#

This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, to transfer ownership of the Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe. The transfer must occur no later than 90 days after the bill becomes law.
