The municipal council has accepted, for 12 months starting from December 31, 2025, the delegation of certain powers regarding the parks of Mount Royal and the Saint-Michel Environmental Complex, support for elite sports and sporting events, as well as the fight against poverty. The delegation also covers the development of the cycling network of the island of Montreal and certain management powers of Jeanne-Mance Park; the resolution was adopted unanimously.
