The municipal council approved the project of the third addendum to the bilateral promise by which the City commits to acquire from Maïmonide school a vacant lot with an approximate area of 1,077.8 square meters, located at the corner of Bourdon and Tait streets, in the borough of Saint-Laurent. The land is intended for a bike path and will be acquired for $318,900, plus applicable taxes.
