The municipal council approves the lease amendment with the LGBTQ+ Community Center of Montreal for the rental, for community purposes, of premises of 2,599.16 square feet at 2075 Plessis Street, for 18 months starting January 1, 2026. The total rent is $6,242.34, excluding taxes, and the real estate grant is estimated at $46,356.02.
