The municipal council approved a 24-month lease, starting from February 1, 2026, by which the City rents to Quebec Lesbian Archives the premises 287 and 291 at 251 Avenue des Pins West, for offices and a library. The total rent is $10,551.60, excluding sales taxes, and the amount of the property grant is $5,497.20.
