The municipal council approved the lease amendment with CDM De Montréal inc. to lease, for five years starting July 1, 2026, approximately 20,000 square feet of office space at 80 Queen Street, for a total rent of $4,024,125, taxes included. It also authorized a budget transfer of $356,957 for the 2026 rent and approved a recurring adjustment of the budget base of the Real Estate Strategy and Housing Service of $719,164 for 2027, net.
