The municipal council approved the lease amendment with Laboratory on Urban Agriculture, for one year starting November 1, 2026, to lease two parts of land totaling 3,316 square meters free of charge for the purposes of planting sunflowers and installing a greenhouse. The real estate grant is $247,009 for the duration of the lease.
