The municipal council has approved the acquisition, by expropriation or by any other means, of a property of 547 square meters at 10111 Pie-IX Boulevard, in the Montreal-North borough, in order to create a local park. It has authorized an expenditure of $1,530,000, plus applicable taxes, and mandated the Legal Affairs Department to undertake the required procedures.
