The municipal council has extended until September 22, 2031, its competence regarding the performance evaluation of contractors and suppliers, except for the power to reject the lowest compliant bid from a contractor or supplier who has received an unsatisfactory evaluation in the previous two years. The decision was adopted unanimously.
