The municipal council authorizes the reallocation of $5,000,000 from the Innovative Projects Reserve Fund of the Sustainable Mobility Agency and the City to the Operating Reserve Fund provided for in their current agreement. It allows the use of the balance as of the coming into force of this agreement.
