The municipal council has adopted the policy for the allocation, use, and replenishment of management surpluses generated in 2025, as well as the method for calculating the surpluses of the boroughs. It has allocated $56,263.2 (in thousands of dollars) to the boroughs and $171,957.1 (in thousands of dollars) to other requests, reserved $1,506.9 (in thousands of dollars) to cover borough deficits pending recovery, and authorized the other planned transfers.
