The municipal council approves a 24-month lease, starting from February 1, 2026, by which the City rents to Marion-Prune Paycha the premises 152 of Cité-des-Hospitalières, at 251, Avenue des Pins Ouest. The 141 square foot space will be used as offices and for the exhibition and dissemination of her photography work, for a total rent of $6,281.52, excluding taxes.
