The municipal council approved the first 12-month extension of the contract with United Cleaning Services (9061-1674 Quebec Inc.) for cleaning the multifunctional pavilion of the Esplanade Tranquille, at 1442 Clark Street, in Ville-Marie. It authorized an additional expenditure of $258,947.93, taxes included, and a contingency budget of $38,842.19, taxes included.
