The municipal council acknowledged the report from the Standing Committee on the review of contracts and awarded Vortex Infrastructure Services Inc. the contract for the rehabilitation of secondary water pipes and roadwork in various streets of Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles, and Saint-Léonard. The total authorized expenditure is $18,387,484.22, taxes included; the council also authorized the evaluation of the company's performance.
