The city council approved financial support of $280,000 to the Social Innovation House (MIS) to carry out the project 'MIS Incubator' from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028, under the Reflex Agreement 3 (2025-2029). It also approved the draft agreement between the City of Montreal and the organization, which establishes the terms and conditions for the disbursement of the support.
