The municipal council has granted financial support of $275,000 to Quartier des arts du cirque to create a Cultural and Economic Empowerment Hub by and for Saint-Michel. It has also approved the draft agreement between the City of Montreal and the organization, which establishes the terms and conditions for the disbursement of the support.
