The municipal council unanimously adopted the direction to conclude a framework agreement with WSP Canada Inc. for professional services in performance and commissioning of the building envelope, for 60 months with two options for extension of 12 months. The maximum amount is $1,571,064.39, taxes included, and a contingency budget of $314,212.88, taxes included, is authorized.
