The municipal council acknowledged the report of the Commission on the review of contracts and awarded eight turnkey snow removal contracts to the firms CMS - General Contractors Inc., 175784 Canada Inc., Ecovrac 2024 Inc., Pépinière Michel Tanguay Inc. and 9055-0344 Quebec Inc., for four winter seasons in the boroughs of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Lachine, Outremont and Sud-Ouest. The total authorized expenditure is $110,132,014.61, taxes included, comprising $4,588,833.94 in contingencies and $13,766,501.83 for quantity variations; an evaluation of the firms' performance is also authorized.
