The municipal council unanimously adopted a direction authorizing the submission of a financial assistance application to the PRIMEAU 2023 program for the reconstruction projects at the Atwater plant and the upgrade of the Côte-des-Neiges pumping station and reservoir. The City of Montreal commits to comply with the program's terms and to cover its share of eligible costs as well as ineligible costs and cost overruns associated with its projects.
