The municipal council directed the agglomeration council to grant Rümker (9276-2723 Québec inc.) the contract for designing the exhibition 'Poptopia' at the Biosphere, for a maximum amount of $980,046.90, taxes included. It also recommended an expenditure of $98,005, taxes included, for contingencies, as well as an evaluation of the company's performance.
