NIST must review and update the resources within two years of enactment and at least every two years after that. NIST must coordinate distribution with the Small Business Administration (SBA) resource partners. Use of the resources is voluntary. NIST must submit a report to specified congressional committees within four years listing the resources, feedback from users and disseminators, and recommendations for further actions.
