The municipal council has granted a sole-source contract to Bell Canada for the undergrounding of cable networks on Gouin Boulevard West (Phase 1), between Martin and Albert-Prévost Avenues. The maximum authorized expenditure is $1,287,124.02, taxes included; the president of the Montreal Electric Services Commission is authorized to sign the required documents on behalf of the City.
