The city council unanimously adopted a direction authorizing the loan of a civilian executive from the Montreal Police Service to the Intersection Network for two years, starting September 23, 2025. It also authorizes the director of the Police Service to sign the memorandum of understanding on behalf of the City and provides that the expense be charged in accordance with the financial information of the file.
