The city council unanimously adopted the direction to conclude a 24-month framework agreement with CIMA+ s.e.n.c. for professional services related to the City’s proprietary fiber optic networks, with an option for a 12-month extension. The maximum amount is $1,494,629.01, taxes included; the firm's performance will be evaluated and expenses will be charged to the PDI budgets and/or the operating budget of the Information Technology Service, as needed.
