The municipal council has directed the agglomeration council to conclude 60-month framework agreements with Vidéotron Ltd. and TELUS Communications Inc. for cellular data transmission services, support, and professional services, with two 24-month extension options. The estimated amount of the agreements is $4,897,378.86, taxes included; the council has also requested an evaluation of the performance of the two firms.
