The municipal council approves the first extension of the City’s lease with Groupe MTLDecor inc., for 30 non-consecutive months starting from May 1, 2026. The lease concerns four tables on the terrace outside 350 Saint-Paul East Street (Marché Bonsecours), for commercial purposes, for a total rent of $35,250, excluding taxes.
