The municipal council approved financial support of $100,000 and technical support worth $57,765 to the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS) for a period of three years to conduct a research project on the resilience of municipalities to climate change. It also approved the draft agreement establishing the terms and conditions for the disbursement of the support.
