The municipal council acknowledged the report from the Commission on the review of contracts and approved the awarding of the contract to Roxboro Excavation inc. for the construction of the Saint-Jacques retention structure, in the Sud-Ouest borough. The total authorized expenditure is $68,607,794.29, taxes included, comprising the contract of $56,872,630.80, the contingency budget of $8,655,465.42, and the incidentals budget of $3,079,698.07.
