The municipal council approves, subject to the signing of a bilateral promise to purchase and sell the land consisting of Carrie-Derick Street and its surroundings, a modification to the 1994 permit regarding the pipes and sewers under the right-of-way of the Bonaventure Highway. This modification is concluded between Her Majesty the King in Right of Canada, represented by the company Les ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Incorporée, and the City of Montreal, as part of the redevelopment of the Bonaventure Highway.
