The municipal council approved the out-of-court settlement with Rosemary Lafrenière, in the amount of $1,000,000 in principal, interest, additional compensation, and costs, concerning three vacant lots now owned by the City. It also authorized setting the date of possession of these lots to October 28, 2022, strictly for the purpose of adjusting property taxes.
