The municipal council unanimously adopted the direction to conclude by mutual agreement a 36-month framework agreement with Mabarex Inc., exclusive supplier, to supply and deliver 20 kilowatt UV lamps to the Charles-J.-Des Baillets and Atwater plants. The amount is $1,831,254.25, taxes included; the contract can be extended for two periods of 12 months each if the budget envelopes are not exhausted.
