The municipal council approved a 36-month framework agreement with Infrastructel Inc. for the monitoring of work related to modifications to the underground network of the Montreal Electric Services Commission, for a maximum amount of $849,808.97, taxes included. It also approved the draft service agreement and authorized the president of the CSEM to sign it on behalf of the City.
