The municipal council approved a 36-month framework agreement with Groupe Geninov inc. for professional monitoring services during modifications to the underground network of the Montreal Electrical Services Commission. The maximum amount is $843,286.67, taxes included; the council also approved the draft agreement and authorized the president of the CSEM to sign it on behalf of the City.
